The septum holder comes with one silicone rubber septum and serves as a versatile access port for both fluids and gases. Replacement septa are available. It is constructed from 316L stainless steel. 
It comes with a silicone O-ring measuring 20 x 2.0 mm.

Baffle Assembly with 6mm for 3L bioreactor/fermentor. Those baffles are suitable for threaded front plate ports with a 6 mm opening and come with a silicone O-ring measuring 5.23 x 2.62 mm (AS-107).

Rushton-style turbine blades are mainly used in bacterial, yeast or fungal cell culture applications. They are made from 316L stainless steel and feature an electropolished surface finish.
